Sponsorship Applications

A 30% unlimited use discount code valid on all Ferra branded items only, valid from the moment the sponsorship is accepted going to June 30th, 2027, 23:59 CST.
Potential event fee coverage
- Team performance includes social media coverage as well as competition performance.

Coverage amount is only available for premier events or select off-season events and will cover only up to a set amount in total between all 7 sponsored teams.
Coverage amount is determined by team performance throughout the season and need.

The team is required to make at least 1 post on social media every 2 months mentioning the Ferra Components brand in any way, either as a sponsor or as a brand you use for specific items. The post should be of high quality without forcing the brand name/sponsorship to be shown while being primarily targeted at the sponsorship.
The team is required to display the Ferra Components logo or brand name on the team website, if the team has a website.
The team is required to send updates on how their season is going after each official event but if the team chooses to do so, the team may send updates once a month instead or after every event.

This includes sending multiple pictures of the robot as well as season progress and performance. This can be done either as an email, or as a video showcasing the team’s performance.
The team can use this opportunity (or contact Ferra Components at any other time) to ask for advice or any general or specific questions (those will be answered to the best of my ability. If I am unable to answer the team’s question(s), I will do my best to guide the team to a location where an answer can be found).

The team is asked to (not required) to place a Ferra Components sticker on their robot, provided there is space available.
The team is asked to (not required) to promote Ferra Components items used on their robots on a social media platform to reach as many people as possible.
The team is asked to (not required, but highly encouraged to) send specific photos or videos to Ferra Components for use as marketing or promotional materials.
The team is not required to place the Ferra Components logo or brand on any pit or outreach banner or flyer. However, if a team chooses to do so, it is permissible.
